FAQ
Passports
Don't forget your passport!
Since the wedding will take place in Spain, all guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. Please make sure your passport does not expire within six months of your travel dates, as many countries require this for entry.
when should i arrive in ibiza?
Wedding celebrations will begin on Friday evening, so we recommend arriving Thursday to allow time to settle in and enjoy the island before the festivities begin.
how do i get to ibiza?
Ibiza does not have direct international flights. Most guests will fly into a major European city such as Madrid, Barcelona, London, or Paris, and then take a short connecting flight to Ibiza.
What will the weather be like?
September in Ibiza is typically warm and beautiful, with average temperatures in the 70s–80s°F during the day and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing light layers for nighttime events.
What Time does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony will begin in the late afternoon on Saturday. The exact time will be listed on your invitation and wedding weekend schedule.
Can i bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate the number of guests included in your party. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration, so we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy a fun weekend away in Ibiza!
Where should I stay?
We have secured special rates at three recommended hotels, which you can find on the Travel & Stay page.
Do i have to stay at one of the recommended hotels?
No, you are welcome to stay wherever you prefer, but we recommend staying near the venue area for convenience.
When should I RSVP by?
We will be sharing our RSVP deadline soon and will update the website once it has been finalized. Please check back here for updates.
How will I get to the wedding events?
Closer to the wedding date, we will update the Travel & Stay page with recommended transportation options. Please check the transportation section toward the bottom of that page for details on how to get to the wedding events.
